Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

3 md Potatoes; thinly sliced 1/8 ts Garlic powder
1 sm Onion; thinly sliced and 1/4 c Parmesan cheese; grated
-separated into rings 1/8 ts Pepper

In a greased 15x10x1-inch baking pan arrange potatoes and onion in a
thin layer. Melt margarine*; drizzle over potatoes. Combine garlic
powder, Parmesan cheese, and pepper. Sprinkle over potatoes. Bake
in a 450F oven about 25 minutes or until brown.

*3 tablespoons margarine or butter
