2 Or 3 haddock fillets
1 c Bread crumbs
1/4 c Butter, melted
1 tb Onion, chopped
2 tb Hot water
Salt and pepper
8 sl Bacon
Mix crumbs, butter, onion and water; season with salt and pepper to
taste. Cut fish in halves, put a tablespoon or so of stuffing on each
piece, top with a slice of bacon. Put in a baking pan, add a little
water and the other bacon. Bake in a 350F. oven, basting occasionally.
