Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

1 bread machine baker book
1/4 c buttermilk
1 (didn't have so i used
1 milk)
1 egg
1/4 unsalted butter or
1 canola oil
1 (i used margarine)
1 ts vanilla extract
1/2 c mashed ripe banana
1 c all-purpose flour
1/2 c sugar
1/4 ts =to=
1 ts salt (to taste)
1/4 ts baking soda
2 ts double-acting baking
1 powder

Measure the buttermilk into the baking pan of your bread machine,
break the egg into it, and add the butter, cutting it into chunks if
it's to hard so it can more easily be mixed with the other
ingredients, or substitute canola oil, if you prefer. Then ad
