1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
Non Nutrive sweetener equivalent to 1
1/2 c. sugar , 6 tsp. Sweet and Low
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. diet margarine
1 c. banana, about 3 mashed
1 tsp. lemon peel grated
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 eggs
1 c. white raisins, chopped
1/2 c. nuts, chopped fine
Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and bake 1 hour 20 minutes or until done.
