Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
3 c Onions, chopped 3 tb Lea Perrins
1/4 c Honey 1 c Dry white wine
1 tb Garlic, chopped 1/2 ts Mint, dried
2 tb Lemon juice 3 tb Vinegar
1 c Sweet pepper, chopped 1 tb Liquid smoke
1 tb Salt 2 c Ketchup
1/2 c Parsley, dried 1/2 tb Louisiana hot sauce
Place all ingredients in a pot that is big enough to hold
them. Bring to a boil. Cook, covered, on low heat for
several hours.
