Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1 ea Thick lemon slice
1 ea Onion, sliced
1/4 c White vinegar
1 1/2 ts Salt
1 tb Prepared mustard
1/2 ts Pepper
2 tb Sugar
1/4 ts Cayenne (red) pepper
2 tb Butter
----------------SECONDARY INGREDIENTS (NOTE---------------------
1/2 c Catsup
2 tb Worcestershire Sauce
1 ts Liquid smoke
Simmer first set of ingredients for 20 minutes, then add the secondary
ingredients. Remove lemon slice and baste fish and barbeque, basting
with the sauce as needed.
