1/4 c Red wine or rice vinegar 1 ts Tamari or low sodium soy
1/2 c Water Sauce
4 ts Apple juice concentrate 1/2 ts Dijon mustard, no salt
1/4 ts Garlic powder Added
1/4 ts Onion powder 1 ds Red pepper, optional
1 ts Lemon juice
Combine and shake to mix. Store in refrigerator.
