Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
4 ea Pork chops 1 c Bread crumbs
1 ea Eggs 1 x Salt and pepper
Season chops, dip in egg wash then crumbs. Refrigerate 1 hour. Place
on rack. Bake 350 F for 20 minutes. Turn, bake additional 20
minutes.
