Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1/2 c Vinegar
1 tb Worcestershire sauce
1 ea Large onion, diced
2 ea Cloves garlic, pressed or
Diced fine
1 ea Juice of one lemon
1 ea Grated peel of one lemon
1/2 c Catsup
1/2 ts Bottled hot pepper sauce
1 tb Salt
1/2 ts Chili powder
1 ds Sage
Combine ingredients; stir and simmer for 15 minutes. Serve with
broiled chicken or ribs.
