Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
2 tb Shortening 3 tb Sharp cheese, shredded
2 md Onions, thin sliced 1/2 ts Salt
1/2 c Beef broth 1/8 ts Pepper
3 c Brown beef cubes 1/2 c Dairy sour cream
Melt shortening in skillet. Add onions and saute until soft and
clear. Add broth, beef, cheese and seasonings. Cover, simmer gently
to heat, Blend in sour cream just before serving.
