Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1 c Medium white sauce 1 t Mustard
1 c Grated cheddar cheese 1 c Beer
2 t Worcestershire sauce -t tbs capers
1 t Paprika
Combine white sauce, cheese, worcestershire sauce, paprika and
mustard. Stir over low heat until cheese melts. Add beer slowly while
stirring; add capers. Serve hot with baked fish fillets
