See below ingredients and instructions of the recipe
1 tb Olive oil 1 pn Nutmeg
3 Shallots, diced 1 pn Cloves; ground
1 Banana pepper; seeded and 1 pn Dill
-diced 1 lb Monkfish; in 1-in cubes
1 Carrot; diced Water ; or fish stock,
2 Red potatoes; cubed -clam juice, bouillon, wine,
1 Tomato; skinned and cubed - or other flavorful fluids
1 pn Saffron 1 Orange; sliced very thin
Heat oil and saute shallots and pepper until they soften. Add
vegetables and spices. Heat to simmer and cook 5 minutes. Add fish
and simmer another 15 minutes. Serve garnished with 1 or 2 thin
slices of orange.
