Main Ingredients:
1 c Garlic, peeled amp; minced
1 tb Onion, chopped
2 tb Olive oil
2/3 c Tomatoes
1 qt Stock
Pepper
Croutons
Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
Combine garlic amp; onion in a bowl. Heat oil in a large pot. Add garlic amp; onion amp; saute till soft. Do not brown. Add chopped tomatoes amp; stir in well. After a few minutes, stir in stock amp; pepper. Simmer for 15 minutes. Add salt if desired.
Serve with croutons
