Main Ingredients:
3 c. apples, sliced
2 c. sugar
2 eggs, well beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/4 c. Wesson oil
3 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
3/4 c. pecans (opt.)
Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
Mix first 5 ingredients and set aside. Mix dry ingredients. Blend with apple mixture. Pour into greased pan and bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
