Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1 lb Stew beef
1/4 c Vinegar
2 tb Sugar
1 Onion -- chopped
1 cn Mushroom
1 cn Beef broth
Brown the stew beef. Add remaining ingredients except mushrooms.
Simmer for 2 hours. Add mushrooms. Thicken and serve over noodles.
