Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1/4 c Olive oil
3/4 c Rice
1 c Thinly sliced onions
1/2 c Chopped green pepper
1 cn (#2 1/2) Tomatoes
1 1/2 c Water
1 1/2 ts Salt
1/4 ts Pepper
1 Bay leaf
Heat the oil in a casserole. Add the rice, onions and green pepper,
stirring constantly, until browned. Add the tomatoes, water, salt,
pepper and bay leaf. Cover. Bake ina 350 degree oven 1 hour,
removing the cover for the last 20 minutes. Remove b
