Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
4 c Cheddar cheese; grated
1 Medium onion; finely chopped
2 Cloves garlic; minced
6 Jalapeno peppers, chopped
1 c Mayonnaise
1/2 c Green onion; chopped
1 ts Garlic salt
In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients. Stir until well
blended. Refrigerate overnight to allow flavors to blend before
serving.
