1 cn Flaky biscuits 1 c Mozzarella/cheddar -- grate
1 Eggs -- well beaten or 2
x Little smokies or -cooked crumbled sausage 1/4 c Onion; chopped
Using a non-stick pizza pan or lightly spray pan take biscuits apart
make 3 or 4 ultra thin buscits of each one. (use 10 count can). Pour
eggs over top of biscuits add the remaining ingredients. Bake at 350
till edges of biscuits are begining to brown
