1/4 ts Onion Powder Rinsed And Drained
4 sm Tomatoes, Halved Crosswise
Combine Yogurt and Mayonnaise and Onion Powder in Small Bowl. Mix Well.
Cover And Chill At Least One Hour.
Arrange Tomato Halves On Lettuce Lined Plates And Top Each With 1 t.
Yogurt Mixture and 1/2 t. Caviar.
