Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1 Egg white
1 1/2 c Finely chopped apples
4 tb Sugar
1/2 ts Cinnamon
3 tb Brown sugar
3 tb Melted butter
Beat the egg white until it begins to stiffen. Fold in the apples,
sugar and cinnamon. Fill the pancakes and arrange in a buttered
baking pan. Sprinkle with the brown sugar and butter. Bake in a
400 degree oven 20 minutes. Makes about 18. Recipe
