See below ingredients and instructions of the recipe
2 1/2 lb Beef stew meat 1 cn Tomatoes (28 oz size)
Oil for frying 1 c Diced potatoes
2 c Chopped carrots 2 Bay leaves
2 c Chopped celery 1/2 c Frozen peas
3 Onions, cut up 1 tb Salt
3 tb Tapioca 1/2 ts Pepper
1 tb Sugar 3/4 c Hot water
Preheat oven to 250 deg. Brown stew meat in hot oil. Remove from oil
and combine with all other ingredients into heavy pot. Bake covered
at 250 degrees F for five hours, stirring occasionally. Serve with
dumplings or boiled potatoes or buttered noodles.
