Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
2 oz Chocolate
1/2 c Milk
2 Egg whites
Vanilla
Powdered sugar
In double boiler, boil chocolate and cream; cool, add vanilla. Beat
egg whites to a stiff froth; add the sugar until stiff enough to cut.
Combine the two mixtures, beat and spread.
Many of the recipes in this collection did not contain amounts or oven

and all.
