Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1/4 c walnuts, chopped 2 ea peaches, diced
2 tb honey 2 tb brandy
2 tb apple juice 1 pt honey vanilla ice cream
2 tb butter
In a saucepan, combine walnuts, honey, apple juice, butter and peaches.
Stir over low heat just until heated through; do NOT boil. Remove from
heat and add brandy. Spoon warm topping over individual servings of ice
cream. Serves 4
