Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
8 sl Bread, enriched 4 ea Eggs, beaten
8 sl American cheddar cheese 1 qt Milk
Salt 1/2 ts Worchestershire sauce
Pepper ds Tobasco sauce
1 ts Accent
Place 4 slices of bread on bottom of shallow baking dish, cutting to
fit bottom.
Cover bread with half the cheese; sprinkle with salt, pepper, and
1/2 tsp Accent. Repeat.
Combine remaining ingredients. Pour over bread and cheese. Bake in
350 F. oven 40 minutes or until top is golden brown, puffed and
shiny. Serve immediately.
