1 1/2 lb Fresh broccoli, cut into 1/4 ts Ground nutmeg
-florets 1 c Sliced fresh mushrooms
1 ts Lemon juice 1 md Onion, sliced into rings
1 ts Salt, optional 2 ea Cloves garlic, minced
1 ts Sugar 3 tb Cooking oil
1 ts Cornstarch
Steam broccoli for 1 to 2 minutes or until crisp-tender. Rinse in cold
water and set aside. In a bowl, combine lemon juice, salt, sugar,
cornstarch and nutmeg; set aside. In a large skillet or wok over high
heat, stir-fry mushrooms, onion and garlic in oil for 3 minutes. Add
broccoli and lemon juice mixture; stir-fry 1 to 2 minutes. Serve
