2 c Broccoli flowerets -- Fat-free
Chopped 3 tb Lemon juice
Cooked and chilled 1/4 ts Chili powder -- or 1/2 tsp
1/4 c Sour cream -- light Raw vegetables or baked
2 tb Minced onions Torilla chips
1 tb Miracle Whip® light --
In a food processor or blender, combine the first six ingredients and
blend until smooth. Refrigerate for several hours. Serve with
vegetables or tortilla chips. Yield: 6 servings. Diabetic Exchanges:
One servings (3 Tablespoons) equals 1 vegetable; also 27 calories, 33
mg sodium, 5 mg cholesterol, 3 gm carbohydrate, 2 gm protein, 2 gm
fat.
