Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

---------------------------CRUST--------------------------------
3 c Cooked Mahatma Brown Rice, 1 c Mozzarella cheese, shredded,
-cooled -divided
2 Egg whites, beaten Vegetable cooking spray

--------------------------TOPPING-------------------------------
2/3 c Pizza sauce 1 c Sliced mushrooms
1/2 ts Garlic powder 1/4 c Ripe olives
1 tb Black pepper 1/4 c Chopped red peppers
1 tb Parmesan cheese

Combine cooled rice, egg whites, and 1/3 cup mozzerella cheese in a
large bowl. Press into 12-inch pizza pan sprayed with vegetable
cooking spray. Bake at 400~ for 5 minutes.

Combine pizza sauce, garlic powder, and black pepper in a small bowl;
spread over prepared rice crust. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Layer
1/3 cup mozzerella cheese, mushrooms, olives, and red pepper . Top
with remaining cheese. Bake at 400~ for 10 minutes. Garnish with
green peppers.
