Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1 md Cucumber -- seeded and 1/4 c Red wine vinegar
Chopped 2 ts Prepared horseradish
1 1/2 c Buttermilk 1 ts Dill weed
1 Clove garlic -- crushed 1 ts Mild paprika
1/2 ts Salt
Puree everything together in a blender or food processor. Yield: 2 3/4
cups.
