1 lb Squid (Calamari steaks) 1 ea Small red pepper
1/2 c Oil 1 tb Bread or Cracker crumbs
2 ea Garlic cloves, minced 1 tb Margarine
1/2 ts Salt 1 tb Parsley, minced
Clean squid and cut into 1 inch squares, slice tentacles. Or use
pre-cleaned Calamari steaks cut into 1 inch squares. Brown garlic in
oil, add squid, salt and pepper. Cover and cook over high heat until
liquid is evaporated. Add crumbs, margarine and parsley. Cook 2 min
more, stirring well to keep from sticking.

Note: Very good served with plain white rice.
