Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1 lb Cleaned Squid 1 T Lemon Peel shredded
1 md Onion slice thin 1/4 c Olive Oil
1/4 c Lemon Juice 2 ea Clove Garlic Crushed
1/2 t Basil 1/2 t Oregano
1/2 t Rosemary 1/2 lb Mushrooms, sliced thin
Salt and Pepper to taste
Cook squid with lemon peel and onion 5 minutes. Drain and chill.
Combine oil, lemon juice and spices and pour over mushrooms. Chill
several hours. Combine squid and mushrooms, toss. Serve on salad
