Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

1 1/2 lb Ground beef, extra lean 1 tb Dried parsley -- flaked
1/2 c Rice -- cooked 1 ts Salt
1/4 c Chopped onion 1/4 ts Garlic powder
1/4 c Green pepper -- chopped 1 ds Pepper

-----------------------BARBECUE SAUCE----------------------------
2/3 c Water 1 ts Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c Ketchup 1/4 ts Dried basil
3 tb Chili sauce

In bowl, combine the first eight ingredients; mix well. Shape into
four to six oval patties. Grill over hot coals until meat reaches
desired doneness, about 15 to 20 min. Combine all sauce ingredients
in a saucepan; simmer for 15 min. Serve with burgers. Yield: 4 to 6
servings.
