Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

1 c Black mission figs 1 tb Carob powder
1/2 c Water 1/4 ts Ground cinnamon
1/4 c Dates, pitted 2 tb Chopped walnuts
1/8 c Water

Soak the black figs for 2 hours in the 1/2 c water. Soak the dates in
1/8 c water for 2 hours.

Blend all the ingredients, except the wamnuts, in a blender at medium
speed until thick and creamy. Pour into small dessert cups and
sprinkle with the walnuts. Refrigerate until you are ready to serve
it. Can be kept tightly covered in the refrigerator for 5 to 7 days.
