Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1 x Head of cabbage(3lb) 1 c Cider vinegar
1 x Green pepper, medium,sliced 1 ts Celery salt
1 x Bermuda onion, sliced 1 ts Celery seed
1 c Sugar 2/3 c Vegetable oil
1 ts Dry mustard
Quarter, core and slice cabbage finely. Combine with green pepper
and onion.
Bring remaining ingredients to a boil, pour over cabbage mix and
toss well. Cool, cover and refrigerate. Improves with age.
