Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
2 c Mashed cooked carrots
1 c Bread crumbs
3 Egg yolks, beaten
2 tb Chopped onion
2 tb Celery, chopped
2 tb Chopped parsley
1 ts Salt
1/4 ts Paprika
1 c Milk
2 tb Butter, melted
3 Beaten egg whites
Mix all ingredients, then add beaten egg whites. Put in a greased
ring mold and place in a pan of hot water and bake for 1 hour at 350
degrees. Peas may be served in the center of the ring. Randy Rigg
