Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
3 1/2 c All-purpose flour oz Chopped
3 tb Sugar 1 3/4 c Milk
2 tb Baking powder 3 ea Eggs -- lightly beaten
2 ts Dill weed 1/4 c Butter or margarine --
1 ts Salt Melted
1 c Shredded cheddar cheese -- 4
In a bowl, combine the first six ingredients. Combine milk, eggs and
butter; stir into dry ingredients just until moistened. Fill greased
or paper-lined muffin cups almost full. Bake at 400 deg. for 25 to 30
minutes or until muffins test done. Cool in pan 10 min. before
removing to a wire rack. Yield: 12 muffins.
