Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
3 cored and sliced apples
3 TB honey
1 TB lemon juice
1 TB cornstarch
1 ts apple pie spice
: pn salt
1/2 c shredded extra-sharp, --
: light cheddar cheese
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Stir together apples, honey, lemon juice,
cornstarch, apple pie spice and salt in non-stick baking dish. Bake 20
minutes and top with cheese. Bake just until cheese melts and serve
warm.
