1 lb Ground beef 1/2 t Salt
1 sm Onion, chopped 1/8 t Pepper
1 1/2 c Water 1 1/2 c Minute Rice, uncooked
1/2 c Catsup 1 c Cheddar Cheese, shredded
2 tb Mustard, prepared
Brown meat and onion in large skillet. Drain off fat. Stir in
water, catsup, mustard, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil.
Stir in rice; cover. Remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes.
Fluff with fork. Sprinkle with cheese; cover. Let stand 3 minutes
or until cheese melts.
Garnish with lettuce leaves, pickle and tomato slices.
