Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

6 (or 8) medium potatoes,
*peeled and cut into chunks
1/4 c (to 1/3) cup canola oil *
1 c Parmesan cheese
1/4 ts Paprika
1/4 ts Garlic powder
1/4 ts Seasoned salt

(1) Coat the potatoes with oil.

(2) Combine all the remaining ingredients in a plastic bag and "shake,
rattle, and roll" the potatoes in this mixture until coated.

(3) Spread out on a cookie sheet and bake in a preheated 350 degree F.
oven for 1 hour.

*The more oil, the crispier the potato.
