1 Onion -- chopped 1 ts Dried basil
2 Cloves garlic -- minced 1/2 c Orzo
2 c Chicken broth 2 oz Cheddar cheese, shredded --
1/2 c Green beans -extra sharp
Heat a skillet, then add half a teaspoon oil if skillet isn't
nonstick. Saute the onion and garlic about two minutes, then add
broth, vegetable, and basil. Bring to a boil. Add the orzo, reduce
the heat to a simmer, cover the skillet and cook about 15 minutes,
stirring occasionally. Remove from heat, stir in cheese until melted,
cover the skillet again, and let sit for about 2 minutes. Serves 2.
