Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
2 ea Chicken breasts.
2 c Apple juice
2 ea Cut up pears
1 pk Stove top stuffing mix
brown chicken breasts in oil, add the apple juice and cut up pears. add
the seasoning packet from the stuffing mix. cover and cook 5-10 minutes
over medium heat. remove from stove and add the pk. stuffing mix and
stir.cover and set aside for 5 minutes.
