3 lb Frying chicken pieces 8 oz Tomato sauce
1/4 c Olive or vegetable oil 1/3 c Kikkoman Teriyaki Sauce
1 lg Onion; sliced 1 ts Oregano; crumbled
2 Garlic cloves; minced 2 Bay leaves
16 oz Canned tomatoes
Brown chicken pieces thoroughly in hot oil in large skillet or Dutch
oven; remove. Add onion and garlic to oil and cook until onion is
translucent. Stir in remaining ingredients. Arrange chicken pieces
in sauce; cover and simmer 45 minutes, or until chicken is tender.
Discard bay leaves and skim off excess fat. Serve chicken and sauce
on bed of cooked spaghetti or noodles.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
