1 1/4 lb Boneless skinless chicken 1 cl Garlic, minced
1 c Rose wine 1 ts Ground ginger
1/4 c Soy sauce 1/4 ts Dried oregano
2 tb Plus 2 ts vegetable oil 1 tb Firmly packed brown sugar
2 tb Water
In a cover baking dish or casserole, combine all ingredients. Bake,
covered, one hour. Refrigerate overnight. Reheat before serving.
