1 c Sliced celery Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 c Chopped onion 6 c Cooked chicken
3 tb Butter 2 5 oz. cans sliced water
1 1/2 c Mayonnaise Chestnuts
1 1/2 c Milk 2 c Shredded Cheddar cheese
2 tb Lemon juice
Saute the celery and onion in the butter. Pour into a large mixing
bowl. Add rest of ingredients. Mix well. Pour into greased 9 x 13
inch casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Randy Rigg
