1 1/2 c Water 1/4 ts Salt
5 x Chicken breast halves; skin 1/8 ts Pepper
1 x -removed
--------------------CREAMY MUSTARD SAUCE-------------------------
1 1/2 c Chicken broth 1 tb Cornstarch
3 oz Pkg cream cheese; softened 3 tb Dijon mustard
1 ea Garlic clove; minced 2 tb Honey
---------------------------PASTA--------------------------------
2 c Rotini (8 oz); cooked 2 tb Parsley; fresh chopped
Poach chicken. (Bring water to a boil in a large skillet. Add
chicken, salt and pepper; reduce heat. Cover; simmer 20 to 30
minutes or until chicken is fork tender and juices run clear.)
Meanwhile, in blender container or food processor bowl with metal
blade combine all sauce ingredients; blend until smooth. Pour mixture
into medium saucepan; cook over medium heat until mixture thickens
and is hot, stirring occasionally.
To serve, place hot cooked rotini on serving plate. Top with
chicken and sauce. Garnish with parsley.
