Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

1 lg Pkg. Monterey Jack Cheese SAUCE:
Green chilies (canned or 1/2 ea Onion, minced
-fresh), peeled 1 ea Clove garlic, minced
BATTER: Cooking oil
Eggs (1 to each 2 whole 2 c Solid pack tomatoes
-chilies), separated and 2 c Chicken stock
-beaten 1 1/2 ts Salt
Flour (1 Tbsp. to each egg) 1/2 ts Pepper
Cooking oil 1 1/2" deep 1 ts Oregano

Cut cheese into 1 by 2 by 1/8 inch thick oblongs. Wrap each in a
strip of peeled chili. Drop, 1 at a time, into premixed batter,
remove with a spoon and fry in hot oil until golden brown on both
sides. Drain on paper towels. Just prior to serving, place peppers in
boiling sauce just long enough to heat through, about 5 minutes. They
