2 c Cooked chicken breasts, 1/2 c Fatfree sour cream
-boned and skinned 1/4 c Fatfree ranch dressing
4 oz Sliced water chestnuts, -(Weight Watchers or Kraft)
-drained 1 t Curry posder
1/2 c Diced celery 1 t Soy sauce
1/2 lb Seedless green grapes 1 t Lemon juice
Cut chicken into 1" cubes. Mix together chicken, water chestnuts and
celery. Blend together the sour cream, dressing, curry powder, soy
sauce and lemon juice. Pour over the chicken mixture. Stir in grapes.
Chill several hours. Per serving: 158 cal., 2.2g fat (13%), 42mg
chol., 2g fiber, 17g pro., 14g carb., 166mg sod. Butter Busters by
