1 c Chocolate graham 2 tb Margarine, diet; melted
-- cracker crumbs 1/2 ts Ground cinnamon

1 c Golden raisins 1 tb Fructose
3 tb Dark rum 1/2 ts Ground cinnamon
3 c Ricotta cheese, non-fat 1/2 c Egg substitute, real
1/4 c Unsweetened dutch cocoa 2 Egg whites; beaten
-- powder 3/4 c Bread crumbs; fine
1 tb Orange peel; grated 1 c Strawberries, wash
3 tb Orange juice -- sliced or raspberries
-- freshly squeezed

Use food processor fitted with steel blade. Combine all crust
ingredients, or toss crust ingredients in bowl, using mixing spoon.
Pat crumbs onto 12-inch pizza pan. Preheat oven to 375 F.

FILLING: Soak raisins in rum 10 mins. Spoon cheese into deep bowl. Add
cocoa, raisins and rum, orange peel, orange juice, fructose, and
cinnamon. Blend in egg substitute, egg whites, and crumbs. Spoon
filling over crust. Bake pizza 30 mins. Cool, slice, and serve
sprinkled with berries.
