Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
2 1/4 c Flour
1 ts Baking soda
1/4 ts Baking powder
1 2/3 c Sugar
3 Eggs
1 ts Vanilla
1 c Mayonnaise
4 Sq. unsweetened chocolate*
1 1/3 c Water
*melt chocolate in microwave or over hot water. Grease flour
13x9x2" pan. Preheat oven to 350 deg. Stir first 3 ingredients; set
aside. In large bowl, beat next 3 ingredients at high speed for 3
minutes. On low speed, add chocolate mayonnaise. Then add four
water in four alternate additions. Bake 45 minutes.
