8 1-oz semisweet chocolate 1/2 c Flour
Squares; cut-up 1 ts Baking powder
1 Stick butter 1/8 ts Salt
2 Eggs 1 1/2 c Pecans; coarsely chopped
2/3 c Sugar 6 oz Semisweet chocolate chips
2 ts Vanilla extract

Preparation Time: 0:33 1. Preheat oven to 325 F. In a 2-qt glass
bowl, heat chocolate squares and butter in a microwave on High about
1 1/2 to 2 mins, or until melted and smooth when stirred. 2. Whisk in
eggs, sugar, and vanilla until well blended. Whisk in flour, baking
powder, and salt. Stir in pecans and chocolate chips. 3. Drop batter
by tablespoonfuls 2 inches apart onto lightly greased cookie sheets.
Bake 15 to 18 mins, or until tops are shiny and cracked. Let cool 10
mins on pans, then transfer to racks to cool completely. Store in
tightly covered container.
NOTES : The name says it all. These are the MOST chocolatey cookies
ever.
