3 c Shredded cabbage
1 c Cut celery
2/3 c Chopped green peppers
1 c Chopped onion
2 tb Butter
1/2 ts Salt
Combine vegetables. Melt butter in skillet; add vegetables and salt.
Cook 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Cover and cook until vegetables
are tender-crisp, 3 to 5 minutes (do not overcook). Serve
